Although he grew up in New York, Robert Lindeman has become a true New Englander after making it his home for many years. Living in New England, Robert Lindeman has become a big New England Patriots fan. He also follows other major New England sports supporting the Bruins and the Celtics. As far as baseball goes however, Lindeman remains faithful to his hometown New York Yankees. Lindeman is a third-generation New York Yankees fan. He loved going to games with his family as a kid and now makes sure to find tickets whenever they are in town. During the summer months, Robert Lindeman also loves vacationing on Nantucket Island. Here he enjoys relaxing, taking in the beautiful views, and sailing. Robert Lindeman is passionate about sailing and loves to take the boat out at every opportunity he gets. He has sailed a variety of different boats over the years including the Sunfish, Mercury, Laser, Hobie 16, Rhodes 19, and the Marshall Cat. One day he dreams of owning a Beetle Cat.

Beyond sailing and vacationing on Nantucket, Robert Lindeman holds a great appreciation for art and culture. Lindeman is an avid reader and lover of music, movies, and films. He loves reading both fiction and nonfiction and has been particularly influenced by books such as The Myth of Mental Illness by Thomas Szasz. His favorite films are films by the Coen Brothers, known for their dark humor and ability to transcend genres. Some of these films include The Big Lebowski, Fargo, O Brother Where Art Thou?, and Raising Arizona. For music, Robert Lindeman is a blues fan. His love for blues began back when he was just twelve years old when he received his first album, James Taylor's Greatest Hits.
